100 Paid Leave Banner

No one should be forced to choose between the family they love, their own health, and the job they need to make ends meet. Join the Campaign for Paid Family Leave and help make paid leave a reality for all Connecticut workers!

A few ways to get involved:

1. Share your story! When you needed time to care for yourself or your family, did you have access to any form of paid leave? If so, what difference did that make? If not, what sorts of challenges did you face? Submit your experience to our Story Bank to help us make the case for paid leave.

2. Make your voice heard! Will paid leave help you, your family, or your business? Contact your State Senator and/or Representative to tell them why paid leave matters to you. Unsure of who represents you? Find out here. For guidance, check out our sample script below and visit our website for talking points and a sample script.

3. Check out our Community Action Toolkit for ways to raise awareness about the need for paid leave in your own community by hosting a house party, writing a letter to the editor, or speaking to your own town council or local government.
